Research Article: Robustness Testing for LLM Agents in Enterprise Workflows
Abstract
We present a benchmark and harness for robustness testing of LLM agents executing enterprise workflows (ticketing, CRM, BI). Fault injection uncovers 27% more critical failures than naive fuzzing.
